Nicola Dibb is the Founder of Women In Social Housing (WISH). WISH is networking organisation that enables its members to meet socially four times a year and offer an opportunity to network in a friendly and relaxed environment. WISH is focused on helping women to progress in the housing sector by being the best version of themselves they can be, and also to encourage pupils at school to consider housing as a career via the #changetheface campaign.
WISH currently has five regions across the UK. For further information please visit WISH’s website.
“WISH is the brainchild of Nicola Dibb who really is one of the smartest and most focussed individuals I have ever met. From small beginnings, WISH has now blossomed into one of the UK’s most vibrant forums for networking and mutual support for women in construction and social housing. Because of Nicola’s unique vision and her drive to succeed in whatever she does and also because of the fantastic women who form the Board of WISH, WISH has gone from strength to strength. Nicola is an inspirational woman with true leadership qualities who passionately believes that women should seek out opportunities to achieve career heights even in male dominated Sectors – but without sacrificing quality of life and motherhood.”
