Nicola Dibb BA (hons) Housing
Nicola has worked in land development and construction for over 26 years in a range of senior roles in both the private and public sectors. She is a well respected development professional and the Founder of Women In Social Housing WISH.
Nicola has an indepth understanding and an unrivalled network of contacts as well as a unique perspective on how the housing and care sectors work and what Organisations need to do to be more effective and win more work.
After achieving a 2.1 BA (hons) degree in Housing from Bristol in 1989, Nicola followed that with becoming an Associate of the RICS. Over the following years, she worked in various roles from Land Manager to Business Development Director for a number of well known Organisations including Lovell Partnerships, Notting Hill Housing Trust, Alfred McAlpine Homes and Wates.
Nicola has identified and procured high value and complex residential and regeneration sites in London and the South East including refurbishment and conversion opportunities. She has also been responsible for improving Company marketing material, raising the profile of Organisations and securing new clients and business by building relationships and focusing on client’s needs.
Nicola was a board member of Mount Green Housing Association 2012 – 2016.
Guy has over 17 years experience in marketing, communications and events. Strategic thinking, project management and delivery are at the heart of Guy’s personable approach, ensuring the needs and expectations of clients are met. Leading on digital marketing, Guy ensures effective digital platforms are produced, developed & managed. As a strong advocate of marketing communications, he also works with clients to develop their communications to engage & inspire and to ensure that good marketing content is created & promoted to increase brand awareness.
Emmeline Kelly BA (hons) Sociology
Emmeline has over 15 years experience of working in marketing, graphic design and desk top publishing. She has spent 9 years working within business development and marketing communication teams within the construction and housing sectors for both private and public sector clients; producing and designing bid documentation, presentation and marketing material both online and for print and events. She has a keen eye and understanding for branding and communication that represents the right message.
Rebecca is a marketing professional with over 10 years specialising in Marketing Communications. Working in a variety of sectors from telecoms to medical devices, she has extensive knowledge of campaign planning, briefing and execution. Rebecca also has experience in social media planning and delivery, PR, email marketing, copywriting, magazine editing and production, newsletters, internal communications and data management.
